Diagnosing Slow Graphics Call Up Times
Hello,
We are currently experiencing some slow graphics call up times at our sites. When I select "Diagnostics" of the PG2 display and look at the Timing tab, I can see that Navigation is taking the longest amount of time. What aspects of the workplace contribute to "Navigation"? Would these be any aspect view wrappers, etc? Is there documentation that describes what contributes to each of the time categories?

Press the "help" button. Theres a whole section on explaining the tabs.
The "Navigation" time is how long from you pressing the button to open the graphic and the workstation even starting to assemble it.
Most likely, its taking a long time to get the components required from the aspect server directory to the workstation. Which indicates issues with networking, disk performance or CPU performance on the AS.
