Licence Problem
Hi
we are facing in the site for 800xA 6.0.1 a licence problem attached when loading temporarly licence. By the way there is a licence dongle already installed. This is sent for another machine. Since I had to change primary server to current secondary server, I moved this dongle also to new primary(old secondary) machine. I am suspecting from that but didnt try to remove yet. Now I decided to ask herei I also started to think this possibility.
I dont have more effort to try solving this issue. What is your suggestion about this ?

In License Entry, Machine ID - Available IDs, can you see your dongle ?
If so, in File select Force License Cydle.
In License Status Viewer, if you have Connection Error (in the lower border of the window), then you select Tools - Change CLS Machine, and restart the CLS service after entering the CLS Server computer name.
