How to remove autostart Workplace?

Everytime login Operator User, two Workplace autostart in my computer. Could everyone help me how to remove or disable autostart Workplace?

go to the location C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup and delete the workplce to disable it for all users or C:\Users\<uername>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup to disable it for the respective user.
