800xA Lower Alarm Priority Replaces Higher Alarm Priority When Returned to Normal Operations
One of the tags on our 800xA alarm list decreased to a lolo alarm limit causing a lolo alarm to be displayed in the alarm list. When the process value increased back to its normal operating range the same alarm line in the alarm list changed from a lolo alarm to a lo alarm. The lolo alarm was never acknowledged. The problem is that the alarm list does not display the lolo alarm after the process value returns to te normal operating range. Is there something perhaps in the configuration of the alar list that we coul look to change so that the lolo alarm would stay in the alarm list even after the process value leaves the lolo alarm limit?
watch the faceplate or the alarm list for that faceplate, that AE List should show "All" alarms for that tag. Alarm lists will have an Alarm and Event List config in the library structure. Check and see for the alarm list that youre viewing what "Condition State"(s) that list shows. It may only show all "Active" alarms meaning that whether its ack'd or not, if it goes Inactive (back to normal) the alarm will disappear from that list
