I believe my previous answer also answers your new question: http://www402.abbext.com/When-enter-commands-LV-LTREE-ON-LINE-Builder-message-a
As soon as you try to read/write the damaged parts the problem will come back and you need to restart the DAYIP10 task.
You must either load a healthy backup (DUAP) or translate new source code.
If you do not have a up-to-date DUAP nor source code you must dump the existing code. Unfortunately, dumping will abort at the damaged parts and you need to restart it at the following element, maybe many times until you have managed to dump all code but the damaged parts.
If you need further assistance, please contact your regional ABB support center.
As the previous answer said - the problem will occur again every time you try to access or read the corrupt PC element. You have to repeat steps 1-3 each time to recover.
Try to dump each PC Program separately. The will help identify which program is corrupt. Then try to dump sections of each program to identify where the problem is.
Enter "HELP DUPCS" to see the syntax for the DUPCS command and how to dump sections of PC Program code.
Maybe you have a source code backup or a recent DUAP of the controller that you can use. Otherwise, you have to keep trying to dump sections of the PC program untill you identify which PC element is causing your problem, then Edit the dumped sections of PC program code together in a text editor and insert a replacement(s) for the faulty element(s).
