800xa license error
i am continuosly getting pop up for license error.
while checking license vioalation found that sentinel expired error was coming.
how to rectify this

Could you please share a screenshot from your License Status Viwer application?
Possibly you did an upgrade/update without renewing your sentinel license. I believe you need to renew your sentinel subsription and get a new license file.
However if license error is popping up without you making any changes to the system then we need to look at your License error log files. Attach the license file also.
I found this problem in a ver 6.0 system
where the System Release Info aspect was incorrect.
All the fields included the "Release Date" was empty
so the License software was unable to "calculate" the
Sentinel expiration correctly.
We solved this just exporting this aspect from the aspect system structure
of another 800xA ver. 6.0 system with the correct information
and re-importing it into the faulty system.
After that we obviously had to specify the license server again
and everything is working now at the customer site
Please check with Official ABB support this "solution" probably
the System Configuration App need to be corrected to avoid this issue.
