Customizing event list filtering and interface layout in 800xA
A client requires to have a more user friendly filtering functionality in event list. Currently we have the ability to right click on a column and enter the filter. The same way for the date interval. The client is not happy with the "logical" filtering function for date and time, instead they expect to have fields like "from" and "to". Is there any way to create a customized interface providing selections like date / time, area, category, etc.? The last two can be done via runtime filters and that could be acceptable but esp. date / time is critical here. Any ideas or suggestions are welcome.
