Anyone know what too do?

Having IGMP enabled in the network switches can throw similar results.
If you use Cisco switches, you must likely download the Cisco Network Assistance tool to disable IGMP since the built-in web management interface of Cisco does not show or support changing IGMP settings. Factory default is IGMP=Enabled and must be addressed at installation and if config is reset to factory default.
Secondly, RNRP has from time to time had intermittent problems with Microsoft Windows Firewall in Windows 7 and Server 2008. As suggested by previous writer, check RNRP's log file and possibly try a restart of RNRP. Recent versions of RNRP will attempt to detect the "0 nodes situation" and restart itself - an event will then be logged in Windows Eventlog when this happens.
Please check the RNRP Event log & Windows Event log which gives the hint on what went wrong.
If this issue is particular to single machine,please check the below;
-> Clear the log buffers and recheck again.(Use RNRP fault tracer option 4 and then 11 to clear the log buffers)
-> Try Restart RNRP and check again.
-> Refresh Host files in RNRP wizard and check again.
-> ReInstall RNRP in the machine and check again.
If you couldn't manage to fix the issue,please contact your regional support center for the assistance.
