As you have correct observed, the alarm 4210 mean over temperature in IGBT module.
For the type of drive and power, I suggest you to make a repair by ABB Service Center, it might just be a failure of the internal temperature sensor and then you settle cheaply. How old is the drive?
As the manual "EN_ACS800_Standard_FW_L.pdf" says, the 4210 Error is related to:
3.05 FW 1 bit 3
Drive IGBT temperature is excessive. Fault trip limit is 100%.
What to do
Check ambient conditions.
Check air flow and fan operation.
Check heatsink fins for dust pick-up.
Check motor power against unit power.
Take a look the manual or contact to ACS800 drive specialist.
