Im trying to make a logic in FBD(Control Builder-5.1) but struggling.
After a Particular Real Signal value comes, Value of Counter should increase every 24 hours.
How to make this logic?
I have created logic as follows:
When Value of my real Signal > 200, output of this will go to Ton (PT as 24h) and at output of Ton is connected to CTU (Up counter). Reset interlocks are provided.
After 24h, Count value goes to 1..but after that Timer stops..How can i make this logic work?

Here you can use RS flipflop before the Ton (Ton_1) such that output of GT block sets the flip flop and makes the timer active. Connect the output of Ton to the counter as well as another Ton (Ton_2) block with PT 2s. Output of this Ton can be feeded to the Reset port of the RS flip-flop to ensure that once the counter is incremented, first Ton gets resetted and increment the counter again after next 24hours.
