Control Module types cannot be inserted in the editor of a Single control module as it supports only function block types. That is the reason why control module types are not available in the editor. Please check if the connected library has any Function block type as well. If so then only the library will be visible when you click browse. It seems that your connected library has only control module types (for ex: ControlStandardLib), thus it itself is not visible in the browse window.
In order to use a control module type in a Single control module, you should insert the required control module type directly in the project tree.
Suppose you have created a single control module named SCM1 and want to insert a CMT (ex: 'CCToReal') from ControlStandardLib, then right click on the SCM and and select 'New Control Module' option from the context menu. It will list all the available control modul types. Now you can select the required CMT and do the parameter connections.
Other option would be to use the CMD editor where you can directly insert the CMT with a graphical view.
