Scheduling structure issue, in plant explorer workplace
When I open scheduling structure, and create a new task, I add an action aspect. But both action aspect and scheduling definition windows are blank. No dropdowns, tabs nothing. Totally blank. Even with the default tasks, same thing. I tried deleting and adding the tasks, but no results. Kindly help

Does this look the same when working on the primary aspect server?
If not (server OK while client not OK) you have probably forgotten to install ABB Inform IT Scheduler system extension on the client.
A rule of thumb: all 800xA software must be installed on all nodes.
