I believe AdvaInform Display was never sold separately; always in companion with IM server.
Control Builder 3.x belongs to Process Portal A version 2.1 which is in "Limited" product life cycle. System 800xA was "born" with the version 3 release, but 2.1 is very close in functionality.
Nevertheless, the AdvaInform Display server can be configured to connect its OPC DA dataprovider directly to the AC800M OPC Server (bypassing the 800xA framework).
AdvaInform Display saves their displays as regular textfiles; it would be easy to find the subscribed objects by using a simple FIND command in a Windows Command Prompt (please note the subfolder "Supportline" is just an example):
C:\> find /i "data" "C:\Program Files\ABB Industrial IT\Inform IT\Display Services\Server\Data\Supportline.svg\*.*"
The tags used to feed these five elements were "5x-CPULOAD:Control Connection:VALUE" and comes from AC400 Connect - the object/property name syntax use for AC800M is slightly different.
Depending on age, the actual data subscription function may have a different name.
In recent versions "data()" is used, previously "dcssub()" was used to retrieve dynamic data.
If you are in doubt, you need to open a few graphics and check their data queries.
