Alarm Disabling in Freelance
It depends which alarms we are talking about. You can always disable alarms controled by Monitoring Function Blocks by changing the state of Enable signal. You can also change the Limit value, if it is avaible on PIN of Function Block. There are also some messages that can be only be enabled or disabled on configuration (for example IDFs alarms).
To give a more specific answer I would need to know exactly which alarm you want to disable.
1. You can't connect LO1...4 pins with M_BIN. The LO outputs are of REAL data type and the M_BIN block is used to monitor binary variables.
2. Even if You would disable a block connected with SL(1...4) pin Freelance will still record the alarm from controller function block. If You connect M_BIN function block to SL1 pin AND the first alarm gets active, You will get two alarms - one from controller and secound from monitoring block.
3. If You know the signal range of PV, You may connect a simple logic to L1...4 inputs of C_CS/C_CU - it could look something like this:

The control TAG can be used by operator to select if the alarm is "disabled"(1) or "enabled"(0). Normal_L is stores limit value for normal operation where as Disabled stores an out of range value - for example 100.0 for a 4-20mA signal. If the out of range value is selected the alarm cannot be activated. It is not the same as disabling the alarm, but maybe it will help.
By the way: Why would anyone want to disable alarms if they were configured by the system engineer?
