Substation Automation - IEC61850 - Siemens Relays for ABB MicroSCADA
Hi.
I have a problem with Siemens relays when integrating to MicroSCADA.
First of all I designed substation at ABB PCM600. Voltage levels etc. Then I imported Siemens relays to PCM600 via .icd files as Generic IED. I generated .icd files for Siemens relays at DIGSI-5 and DIGSI-4.
After that I exported the substation via .scd file from PCM600 to IET600 and added OPC servers etc. in here. After that I exported .scd file from IET600.
Finally I imported .scd file to ABB CET(Communication Engineering Tool) and I tried to do online diagnostic. I can comminicate with ABB relays without ptoblem. With Siemens, I can not. When I try to do online diagnostic for Siemens relays, ABB CET shows me Device Status: Suspended, Connection Status: Not connected. But I can send ping to Siemens relays via MSDOS.
How can I solve it?

You need to download the SCD file to siemens relays using DIGSI back again.
- Use IET600 to create you substation structure. No need to play again and again with PCM600, you may create errors.
- Configure SIEMENS IEC61850 by DIGSI then export SCD from it. (SCD file will be for SIEMENS IED only).
- Import the exported SCD file to IET600 (to SIEMENS corresponding IED) and assign clients.
- Export the SCD file from IET and import to CET.

I already downloaded .icd files to Siemens relays using DIGSI. Also in CET, OPC server definetions are OK. ABB relays are communicating well.
