Problem with AC800FR Controller "Profibus Module Fault Self Test error"
Thanks for your useful comments
As I mentioned in the previous massage. One controller is out of service now and the second one is in service with attached errors (Pictures attached)
I tried to assemble a new Controller but when I connect it to this controller to be Synch with it an error will apperas in new controller.
I dont have idea how to connect and synch a new controller with this one.
I think that due to present alarm in current controller it will defect new FI830 card in Now controller.
It is so appreciated if you can guide me to solve the problem.
Picturs I extract from Running Controller and Redundat controller is OFF.

the hardware error in picture 1 indicates that the shared memory of the Profibus module has a selftest error. Unfortunately you do not have a working redundant controller because your backup controller is out of service.
The only way out of this situation is to replace the Profibus module. But be aware that while you can unplug it under power, the controller will reboot, when you insert the new module, in order to comission it. That means for the boot time no controller will control the process (for about 30+ seconds)
Connecting a secondary to the primary controller with a defect Profibus module will not help, because they will not synchronize with the Profibus module in the primary being defect.
Once you have replaced the defect module (and the primary has rebootet) you can connect a secondary controller which will synchronize with the primary and then you have a redundant controller again.
