We have two IM servers. In one of ther IM server Message Log stopped appearing from a week. Where as in other IM server, it is working fine.
Configuration of Both IM servers are same.
Can any one let me know, what are the basic check i need to perform to troubleshoot the above issue.
IM problem #1 all times;
An event log has been created with a larger storage capacity than the Oracle database table space have been granted with on disk (preallocated or via auto-extend).
Solution: Check the Oracle Instance Wizard and verify the tablespace figures.
Add tablespace as required (a maxed out 12 million event log may need 30-50 GB, or more worth of disk space).
Secondary, check if any log file below "C:\ProgramData\ABB\IM\History\log" (sort on time, falling) show any abnormal output (compare with the other IM).
