How to Connect AC500 PLC to my XaSystem?
I have a 4 PM573-Eth PLC and one 800xA redudent system.
Upto my knowledge Modubus redudency is not possible.( I'm right?)
Overview of System.
My all 573 PLC is connect to Each other via Fiber cable (485 to Fiber connection at each end), so I make one 573 PLC master.
Now I connected 573 master to 800xA system (Redudent PM864,CI853 with 232 to 485 converter and 485 to Fiber converter )
So in this case Can my all 573 plc connected to 800xA system???
Does it is possible?
and does it possible on Ethernet and Fiber combination?

I would connect the AC500s either via the CodesysOPC or via Modbus to 800xA.
in 800xA I would use PLC Connect. With 800xA - PLC Connect you have OPC Connectivity as well as Modbus Connectivity.
Is it a existing 800xA System? if not, you can also think about using Compact HMI (the "SCADA" Version of 800xA). But be aware that Compact HMI has some reduced / disabled functionality of 800xA (Redundancy, Size, etc). Compact HMI uses PLC Connect by default.
You are correct - there is no "AC500 connect" package. However, you have ETH enabled CPU's so you could also use OPC to connect to your AC500. Your CoDeSys installation disks should have the OPC server software.
If you use an OPC server then you can use Generic third party OPC connect, which is included in your base 800xA system and does not require an additional license. If you are only connecting a few signals then this is probably a better option for you. Actually, if your design is quite modular, then you can still use object types and make quite a large and complex interface, but really a bigger system is better done using PLC connect.
No, there is no redundant serial communication interface unless you specifically want to program 2 modbus interfaces on your AC500. Do you really need this ? The real need for redundancy is on the windows servers rather than the PLC link. You could use a third party redundancy broker to overcome this limitation.

I have almost 100 data to read and control form 800xA system.
I selected Ethernet CPU for that perpose but after that I come to know that there no option to get data of 500PLC on 800xA via Ethernet so change on to 485?
If it is possible to get data of 500 PLC's in 800xA system via Ethernet can you tell me how?
And in my current system does it necessary to use Fiber to 485 converter at both end??????

Using serial 485 connections when you already have an Ethernet port on all your PLC's seems to be overly complex. If required you can run multiple sockets over the same ethernet port. Again, see the CoDeSys help for "Ethernet Protocols and Ports" to see what can run on the same port.
