In control standard library normal split range is there ,but I need split range 4cc ,but there is no 4 cc

I do not know what problem you are trying to solve, but here are some things to explore: Can you use two of these elements at the same time with different parameters? Have you considered using Function Generator or even normal arithmetic elements to achieve the same outcome?
Building your own split range control module is probably the simplest solution. Or using two split range outputs in parallel.
However, controlling four analog valves from one PID controller sounds highly unusual and could present a number of practical problems trying to make this work in a real plant. To begin with, if all four valves have different process responses then tuning this PID control could be very difficult, if not impossible. Deciding how the controller should respond when one or more valves are in manual or otherwise unavailable also will likely cause issues.
It depends on your process requirement and it is easily possible under the same control strategy for multiple outputs as per defined in the function block by using several variables as the output. Share the complete requirement to discuss the strategy.
