Trend Range modification by Operator user
I want to give one user in operator group permission to modify and save changes to High & low range. I already tried by giving configure permission.

At least(!) four things need to be fulfilled for a user to be able to save a modifcation to a trend
1) The trend aspect must not be inherited
(NOTE: the picture do show an inherited trend which hence is not writable by anyone)
2) The trend's category must be "Operator Trend"
(three categories comes as factory default, only one is writable by operators)
The User Role Bindings can be adjusted, or even better a new custom category can be added where you can store customized settings to avoid changing defaults (which may be rolled back at next upgrade, etc).
3) The user must have the "Operate" security permission on the object owning the trend
4) The object must not be reserved by any other user.
If scaling is incorrect, you may consider adjusting it on the object in the controller (from where scaling is inherited for most, but not all object types) - or make overrides by adding and adjusting Property Extension Info aspects, or directly on the Log Configuration's Presentation tab. This will however, require application engineer role + permissions.
Are your Trend Displays located at an object in the Functional Structure or only some Trend Displays affected? Or can you move the Trend Displays to such an object, e.g. Line.
In this case you may set a Security Definition Aspect for that object where you can grant the Configure right for your special user.
