800xA User password change
I have changed the password for one of he client machine, am not sure of the original password. Since it is not on domain, I changed the user password in both aspect and connectivity server also. But could not connect to the system.
Attached the screenshot. The connection with 800xAService user is OK.

Did you change an operator password ?
- Change the password for that account on EVERY member computer of the workgroup. You may need to boot each machine to make sure everything synchronises properly.
Did you change the Service Account password ?
- You can try putting it back again, but if you don't know it you'll need to change it on EVERY machine, run the config wizards and re-configure the system startup settings, manually check EVERY service that runs under the service account password and make sure each workstation and server boots cleanly.
With the services account, pick a strong password, and prevent the users and engineers from logging in using the service account.
