PCM600 3G(GSM) and Terrestrial Communication Trouble
We have communication between Ventyx Scada and RTU, REF615 relays via terrestrial (2Mbit) and 3G (50Mbit) communications. (IEC60870-5-104)
- All functions of relays can be realized by 3G (GSM) communication. (Relay setting read / write, relay web HMI, read event and disturbance records etc.)
- In places with terrestrial lines, PCM600 is connected and the functions of the program are not working. (Relay setting read / write, relay web HMI, read event and disturbance records etc.)
Is there any solution? 2Mbit communication speed is sufficient?

2Mbit speed is certainly enough but the problem might be related to latencies. In PCM600 you can change the timeouts a bit from the IED Object Properties:
However if the WebHMI isn't working either, then the problem possibly is not related to PCM600 but instead on the connection itself. Can you verify somehow that the connection is working at all via the terrestial link? Maybe you could try to ping the device?
Other notice is that PCM600 can't communicate with IEC104 to REF615. So the link needs to support also other TCP/IP protocols. WebHMI communication is naturally HTTP/HTTPS.
