after programming the pm554-eth and pp877 HMI , i wanna to communicate them using ethernet Modbus TCP
how to add tags between plc ac500-eco and this panel

There's no "in-built" configuration functions between AC500 and PP800 series like there is with PP800 & AC800 controllers.
As such, there are no "tags" that you can configure - instead you need to configure a Modbus TCP interface in your AC500 and map your data as required by your application and displays. Details on how to configure the Modbus TCP interface in an AC500 are in the CoDeSys on-line help files.
Is there some reason that you have to use a PP800 series panel rather than a CP600 or CP400 series ? And why Modbus TCP ? The PM554-ETH has a built in Web Server that is incredibly easy to configure and will work with any Web Browser client ( including the CP600-WEB panel).
As Rob noticed above You have to configure communication on both sides seperatly.
First use Control Builder Plus to configure Modbus TCP for AC 500 (see answer above). Then use Panel Builder 800 to configure the other side of connection. When creating new project choose PP877 and next ABB AC 500 (Modbus) as a Controller. In "Tags" Menu, in "Controllers" tab, select Controller 1 and click "Settings..." button.
Change Modbus type from RTU to TCP (depending on your AC 500 configuration some other changes may be required - please check all settings). Apply the changes and go back to Tags tab. Using the "Add" button to manualy add Modbus variables analogously to the ones declared in AC 500 or "Import..." button to import variables from connected controller. The procedure for import is described in online help (search for "Tag Import Example").
