800xA basic history service - Percentsynchronized
I have 2 Connectivity Server, both with Basic history service configured.
I realize that OPC Property "PercentSynchronized" is Quality Good, but with Value = 99,999986... is it normal for this service or 100% is expected ?
If not, how can i get 100% synchronized ?
I have already restarted the service group and did a procedure to delete SyncFile.dat and UpdateStorage.dat (Procedure found at AKS site)
Thanks in advance

Check the Logs vs ActiveLogs numbers reported where you also see Percent Synchronized and verify:
a) Logs = ActiveLogs
b) DirectLogs = ActiveDirectLogs
c) Exactly the same counts reported on both service providers
a/b: Use Log Summary to activate all logs. Inactive logs won't synchronize.
c): restart a service provider, if same numbers come back, restart the other.
If you know AfwApplogViewer use the ListSynchronizingLogs, ListSyncDetails, etc operations to lead you further to which log(s) are your troublemakers. Verify sane config (Consistency Check), contents (bad data in log), etc. Restart the log, ultimately delete and recreate log. Data can be restored from a backup or the redundant peer (Log Config->Status tab or via AdvHtArchiveTool.exe, just copy THAT log file to an empty folder and use Insert Data To Logs. Object GUID must be same for tool to work. Log files have GUID in their names to point you to the correct file).
Ultimately, file a support case.
