I work in a steel plant Gerdau, Brazil and there is a laboratory I use for testing and increasing my knowledge. Firstly, exchanging information is very important in the automation/control area. Another reason is to learn new equipment and applications that are different in my work. And lastly, sharing knowledge is something special, especially when this information is useful for everyone.
