Second I am using It800xA V4.0 some time trends freez or steady during runing and again become normall after 20 mints

I'm not so sure reinstallation will cure this symptom...
Is this happening on all workplaces in parallel, or only on random trends in random clients?
When frozen/stable, does the trend update if you read it from another trend or the Log Configuration's Status tab (iterate all logs in the hierarchy and press the Read button to extract tabular data)? Attempt this in more than one client.
Are any System Events generated into the [Workplace Structure]Web System Workplace:System Event List at the time of the problem?
What do you use to view the trend?
1) The TrendViewCtl control which can be embedded into process graphics
2) Trend Display
3) Some third party client
What revision of 4.x are you using? There are at least 12-15 rollups levels if you count all from the original 4.0 (oldest) release up to 4.0 SP1 Rollup 11 (most recent). We promote being at the latest to have as much corrections "on board" as possible.
In 4.0 SP1 Rollup 6a the more lean ExtMomentary trend treatment was introduced (unfortunately, the old and very memory consuming Momentary treatment was left in the system, still is...). We promote using TimeAverage treatment for least possible load on servers and application, for more rich trends the ExtMomentary treatment can be selected for smaller time scopes.
Large time scopes in conjunction with legacy Momentary treatment and numerous of trend curves can lead to substantial memory usage and performance degradation.
Have you measured the trend viewing application's (often afwworkplaceapplication.exe) use of Virtual Bytes over time, e.g. with the Windows Performance Monitor?
You should not let the workplace exceed 1500 MB Virtual Bytes (by performing scheduled restarts or make the overall configuration simpler, e.g. using TimeAverage or ExtMomentary instead of Momentary trend treatment).
