Panel 800 Alarm handling. Multiple alarm lists.
I have an issue with Panel 800 (version 6) and the alarm viewer.
The Panel 800 is connected over the control network to an AC800M controller that has different types of alarm lists. Alarm list, Interlock List for function X, Interlock List for function Y and so on. The interlock list shows only active interlocks and the time stamp is not relevant here.
The Panel 800 has the possibility to filter on Class Ranges and also on priority ranges, and that is fine. That is which alarms are processed in the panel and that works fine.
My problem is that I want to filter on the individual alarm viewers as well and I dont want to specify individual tags with alarm texts in the panel since all the texts are already available in the AC800M.
I have tried conditional logic in the controller to enable different interlock alarm list based on the currently active display ID. The problem here is that the normal alarms has to be blocked as well. This messes up the time stamps in that list.
The only separation between different alarm groups from one controller seems to be events to one group and alarms to one.
The problem I have with using events as interlocks is that it will not give me the possiblitiy to filter on only active events. The event is always in state normal regardless of if it is active or not.
Is there no way to filter the alarm viewers based on class or severity?
