Adjusting DIGIVIS graphics resolution
Hi:
We have a Freelance 9.2 with Digivis , have a problem of the resolution of the graphics.
The Operator workplace that we have is over a DELL display.
The Engineering workplace is over a LENOVO display.
As long as we already tried we can't adjust the graphics on the Engineering workplace.
The adjustment is related to the display or DIGIVIS?

I cannot be certain that this is the issue but I am wondering if you are running the two displays at different resolutions. I have seen things like this in situations when the display is built on one PC at a given resolution (e.g. 1920 x 1080) and the console is running a different resolution (e.g. 1366 x 768). In a situation like this, you would be building based on one resolution but the dislplays would appear at a different resolution, so they would not look the same.
What you need to do is make sure that you are building the display and running the console at the same resolution. See how this works and let me know.
Best of luck.

What about your monitor format?
both screens the same (16:10; 16:9)?
Hello,
please look at attached document.
Hope you get some help.

Hi Fausto,
you must select the same parameter on both Stations.
See Tools -> Options -> Fully Visible.

Seems to me the FGR was designed for a 4:3 (or 5:4) monitor but is run on two wide screens.
The Dell DigiVis seems set to Tools/Options = Clip (which leads to the lower part of the FGR being cut off), while the Lenovo DigiVis seems to be set to Tool/Options = Centered (Which shows free space to the left and right of the FGR)
The short term solution would be to set the Dell DigiVis to Centered also.
In general I would recommend to modify the FGR for a wide screen format. See the PDF provided by ToreWassen for how to set the ruler position in 9.2. Then move the objects on the screen to fill the visible area better.
That is done more easy by Freelance 2016, because as of this version the Graphics Editor can be switched to Wide Screen and shows the visible area without the need to calculate a ruler position.
Another posibility would be to switch both monitors to a 4:3 (5:4) resolution, like 1280 x 1024 or 1400 x 1040 but that might not look good on a wide screen. Still worth a try.
