AC 800F CPU restart every after 15 days automatically
Hello!
We have inspected your log file a bit. As stated in the first comment, you should configure more PRAM. The last errors seen are caused by an out-of-pram condition during a download (configuration change).
But this doesn't seem to be the cause for the restarts. It seems the restarts are actually triggered manually (from CBF). Are you sure there is no one working on another project having a controller with the same IP address somewhere in your network? Maybe someone works on a copy of the project?
It would be possible to enable additional diagnostics on the controller to see which address connects to the controller and issues the command.
Another option would be to capture the network traffic to the controller e.g. using Wireshark.
According to your answare
our PRAM configuration is 900 KB.
no another work station connected with this system. not even internet connected with this system.
and CPU use only 23%.
what is the meaning of this command
"Another option would be to capture the network traffic to the controller e.g. using Wireshark."
i attached some photo please check.

Please enable connection and download logging.
To do this, you can connect either to the serial port on the controller or use a telnet client. Command is: telnet "your controller ip address" 6660
Chose the Diagnostic menu, then enable Download and connection logging. After you have done this, you will get entries in the controller event log whenever someone (e.g. Digivis or CBF) connects to the controller or performs a download.
Have you considered to contact the ABB Automation support line?
Best regards
Jürgen
