Added an AC800M OPC server to plant system 800xA 5.1
Our plant control system consist of 2 combined domain controller aspect servers and 4 OCS (AC450 connectivity servers)
we added an AC800M OPC server .. installed base system and OPC Server Configuration on it
installed AC800M connect to the existing aspect server
added an engineering station with AC800M connect and control builder M
after creating a project of AC800M controller in the control builder M "error reading source block" appeared with the different source blocks used in an AC800M project !!
how can we solve this error?
our plant system does not have any AC800M controllers ; we would like to add new once.

You must install ALL of the software to ALL of the nodes.
You need to install the AC800M connect software on every node. In addition, you must install the 800xA version of the OPC server on the chosen connectivity server(s) and AC800M Control Builder on the engineering PC(s). If you already have 4 connectivity servers for Advant Controllers, it sounds like you have a reasonably large system already and it would be wise to install a new connectivity server pair for the AC800M system.
Once you've installed all the software, go to the Primary Aspect Server and Add the software components to the 800xA System using the Config Wizard -> Sys Admin -> System Extension Load.
I concur with Rob.
"error reading source block" may also be due to a corrupted control project. If possible, delete & start from scratch (new project).
If you want to salvage what you already have made, please have a proper support case filed with your regional ABB support center.
