alarm Message receving through sms has "Ack- with some hex-number"-- how to remove "Ack:NNNN"?
Hi,
In one of our cement site, I have configure SMS Alarm configuration and its working fine also. But the "Ack " followed by four Hexa Numberic number that appear at the end of the alarm message.
But customer don't want the same (Ack:NNNN) in the sms what they received.
Any body can guide us how to remove the "ACK-NNNN" at end of the alarm SMS message and also guide us how to change the time format for the SMS Alarm message received.

In your question NNNN is actually reffered as Acknowledgement ID which is use to refer that particular msg recieved is recieved for which Aknowledged Alarm .
You can compare the Acknowledgement ID in both SMS recieved and Messenger Log events. Both will be same.
If this acknowledgement id is not present then user will not be able to identify for which Alarm he has recieved that ACK Message.
NNNN : value is coming from internal code logic and no option is available on UI to disabled it.
