Digivis stations lost its historial data trend in the Freelance system using trend server
I have configured the Trend Server to collect data in a Freelance system. After configuring, the system run well; but after a few month, some of Digivis stations lost its historial data trend.
I have checked the Digivis station with Digibrowse tool and found that it take 7 hour to close an old trend data file and create a new one, so the system don't get trend data within this time range.
I need a advise to solve this problem. I guess the reason can be I do not fill the time stamp variable TR-DOS parameter dialogue. My system is in UTC +7 timezone.
Can anybody help me?

something is odd here. A trend archive file is a single file that works as a ringbuffer. That means that when the file's limit is reached, it will overwrite the oldest signals in the file.
A second file would only be created if the system time changed back for a time bigger than the trend aquisition cycle, which is one second.
If I look at the time information of the archives it seems to me too big an coincidence that the time difference between closing the old file and opening the new file is (some ms less than) 7 hours, which is exactly your time zone relatively to UTC.
My guess is, that the system time has been changed (somehow resetting the timezone to UTC). Has the controller that works as a time master been downloaded with a new project with the wrong time zone? Or has the time-synch setting for the DigiVis station be modified via the Settings- (Configure-) tool?
