I have an IMS connected to MB300 with SW Adva Inform 2.4 working under HP-UX.
I found the following messages at the System message:
HS:OPERATION FAILED TO COLLECT FOR 50 LOGS.
HS:FROM STORAGE NOT RESPONDING FOR LOGID XXXX DATA/STAT XX.
So what does these messages mean?
You have logs in AdvaInform History trying to collect, but no reponse is returned.
If source is TTD, a typical problem is that the TTD log has been removed from the Advant Controller, but without updating the IMS that still believe its there.
-> check that the log config in IMS maps what's in the controller.
IMS Menu -> AdvaInform -> History Configuration -> Composite Log -> Open ...
For object logging (NAME,PROPERTY) check that Object References are intact (=properly resolved).
If you log in as history/history, and execute hsDBMaint -report > log.txt
then you can find problem logs int the log.txt file with an asterix (*) first on its row.
According to the log name $HS you can find out which log to open according to what Stefan tells you to do in a previous answer.
It can be that the TTD or object doesn't exist any more.
