Defining a bar graph using PG2
First of all, I'm a rookie when it comes to PG2 so bear with me.
I have a problem with configuring numerous similar bar graphs on a single operator screen. Bar graphs were originally found by using the element explorer and choosing the "BargraphMV01" as the figure bar_1 depicts. However, it seems that these bar graphs inherit their min-max interval from their respective tags (and does not offet an option to change this). This is not desireable as the interval may be large which render comparison of two graphs graphically impossible. My desire is to set a defined interval for the graph, e.g. bottom = 100 and top = 200 for a graph.
I've tried a workaround to this problem by using a bar from the graphic primitives library. Everything seems fine when setting up the properties, as seen in figures bar_2 and bar_3. When testing the bar functionality by using the test data functionality everything works fine, i.e the bar responds to "tag" manipulations. However, when I save the build and look it up live, the same bar is dead. It does not display _any_ values at all. Since I have a numerical display of the same tag which works fine, it must be something I do wrong/don't do when configuring the bar.
I've tried using the tag name both from the functional structure and the control structure. I've also tried using a range bar, but the same problem arise. I'm using version 5.0.2 of PG2.
Can anyone help me with this?
