DP840 Falling to 0 after forcing any value above 50%
We are currently in the process of testing a DP840 module. Frequency (0-20khz) is been injected from the field side for testing. The range of the instrument is 0-135000.00.
During the testing it was note that whenever a value above 50% i.e(10Khz+) was injected the o/p drops to 0. Could anyone suggest what would be the reason for the issue and possible options to fix this.

You could try to reduce the filter time for the channel for higher frequencies - for the range up to 20kHz it should be 10 mks

10 mks input filter: 10 mks
100 mks input filter: 100 mks
800 mks input filter: 800 mks
6400 mks input filter: 6400 mks
