After migration VB graphic element references are broken
Hello,
While upgrading from 800xA Version 5.0 to 5.1, we also migrated from VBPG to PG2.
After this migration activty, the graphic displays which had VB graphic elements are not functioning. (They are empty). Now for all the displays which had VB graphic elements, the references are broken. Now i'm mapping them manually.
Any tool available to do this mapping?
Please guide
Thanks

Seems like a failed upgrade.
If a dependent VB graphic is missing at import or restore, it will become replaced with a pink coloured picturebox.
This is not intended when upgrading. The proper procedure should be documented in the upgrade guide, and when adhered to, it should not become necessary to make any repairs.
Eg, did you use the Display Tool to verify all graphics deployed before making the backup in the old version?
With custom libraries, if improperly made, the new version will not have the same identities as the old, this will also cause pink pictureboxes in dependent displays. Please speak with the vendor of the library.
