How to check current usage/no of subscriptons on a connectivity server.

How to check the current usage/no of subscriptons active on a 800/400 connectivity server.
We need to add around 2000 OPC ( 1000 AC800M OPC + 1000 Third part OPC client) items on 800 connectivity server and 2000 items on 400 connectivity server.
This info is need to check whether this canbe accomadted in the current connectivity server configuration.
Thanks for your time
The number of items is probably not the key factor.
Rather how much spare capacity you have in the AC 800M and AC450 in terms of CPU and communication resources.
Communication with AC 800M is limited by CPU load and Task Offset. The lower the CPU load and the longer Task Offset you can acchieve the more MMS transactions per second you can have. Stay below 90% total CPU load and below 70% cyclic load.
Communication with Advant Master controllers is sensitive to behaviour of OPC client. Best of all if the client adhere to the 800xA for Advant Master Configuration User's guide - Performance chapter. There is also a dedicated Performance Guideline published on ABB Library. Read them. Adhere to them. Summary: Don't let client repeatedly ask for data, have it to subscribe on 1, 3 or 9 seconds update rate interval using active groups and items. Use SyncReadFromCache or Advise callback methods only. Write as little as possible and only to MB300 DAT objects.
Stay below 90% AC450 load. Use SC520 carrier boards to offload communication from main CPU.
Stay below 50% average RTA CPU load in case it is shared with operators.
