Comments
Hi,
By default please make comments in view. Instead of user clicking and checking comments if by default comments can be viewed it will help more.
Make options to upload files in comments. If any user answers and asks for more info instead of again answering we can upload required files in comments itself.

Thanks for your interest and suggestion.
For sure making comments visible by default will reduce the click and make comments more visible. But another side of it, threads will be longer and to view complete thread user need to scroll up and down. Hence it is designed so that, at first view complete thread is visible and by clicking comments can be expanded.
Another aspect, comment section is there to add small information/text related to question description or to answer description. It's not intended to put whole lot of text. That could be done via next answer and also if attachment option provided in comment then there is no difference between comment and answer section.
So for better user experience and quick browsing it is designed so.
