Hello,
First of all, you need to check CLS Server for client station. If not mapped, kindly do it first. You can restart the CLS Server as check. Even if required restart Client System also.
Kindly share License Status Viewer also.
CLS is based on IIS. A lot can be verified with basic IIS, IE and HTTP troubleshooting.
1) Verify IIS service is running in CLS node, eg try typing http://localhost in address field of IE - the IIS "under contruction" page should be presented. If not, fix IIS!
2) Try ABB License Assignment Editor URL in IE from different nodes. The LAE web page should load when called in IE from any machine in domain/workgroup and list content of .SLA file loaded into CLS. If not, remove & reinstall ABB Third Party common, ABB 800xA CLS components, .SLA file, etc.
3) A wrong proxy setting can cause this error. If proxy is used, ensure CLS node is exempted from being proxied.
Ultimately, file a support case with regional ABB support center.
