Licensing System extension deployed error
License was previously installed manually as server. I dont find how to deploy license with SCC.
Please help me solve this problem

Hello,
Starting from 6.0 dont istall any system software manually it not recommended as well.
So always run the NPT(makes the node ready for the installation with all the pre-requisites and System installer agent will get installed)->allocate node functions->add node and allocate functions to the node->deploy system OR deploy node.
SO in your case kindly uninstall the licensing manually and delete the system extension manually via admin str by pressing NO then run the deploy.
ensure licensing is present in your repository before deploy.
Note:COnfiguration wizard should not used from version6.0 and later for adding nodes/removing nodes and running extension as well

You cannot install the License Server manually, then deploy via SCC...
Try to remove the manually installed software via Control Panel, then deploy again. I don't understand what the exit code means but its obvious the installer won't run a second time if the product is installed already.
In 6.0 , CLS components should not be installed manually.
Possible reason would be CLS extension components were available(due to manual installation) before installing 800xA base component .
I would suggest clean up the system. start fresh installation with fresh operating system.
