Not able to download one AC800M controller from clients
I am not able to download/ping one controller from clients. The same controller can ping and download from Connectivity servers. Able to download the remaining controllers on the same network from all the nodes. Enable TCP/IP forwarding is 1.
Able to see the same controller in RNRP from all the clients.

Can you share some pictures of how the RNRP monitor lists the controller(s) and how your IP-plan is looking like?
What does the troublesome controller return when using RNRP Fault Tracer's command #3 (Get network map from one node) compared to another controller?
A look at the routing table of the controller is also recommended (Control Builder M->Tools->Maintenance->Remote System->Show Controller Analysis->Network Information->Get).
Compare the routing table with another controller's.

I've had similar problems, when you for instance change ip-adress (new area) on a controller. I think the remaining gateway and redundant network settings, can cause trouble. Check settings as Stefan suggests...
