Make sure the PC Element is pointing to the correct Database Element (MOTCON) in your Advant or Master controller.
Normally you only have one MB300 MOTCON object uploaded per motor, therefore I only expect one faceplate not two - unless some custom solution has been implemented.
Please submit more information.
A motor (MotCon) cannot be started from the faceplate if Point Of Control is set to Local (Input LE activated). Start/stop is controlled with inputs L1/L0 in Local mode.
In order to start from faceplate the POC should be set to Central (LE deactivated and Central order given from faceplate or program)
I have 800xA Advant System in which motor (026-M-003) is not starting from the Faceplate. On investigating and comparing with other Motor's faceplate following difference was found i.e. motor (026-M-003) is set to "LOCAL" while the other motor runing from the faceplate motor (023-M-003) is set to "CENTRAL". Please guide how can i set motor (026-M-003) to central.
The mode buttons, e.g "Central" can be disabled from the database in the controller; the problem can also be that there is an inconsistency between this MOTCON's PC and database elements in the controller.
I recommend that you consult with the person or organization responsible for programming this controller or application as it can become quite complext to resolve this via a forum thread.
