800XA V5.1 activeX error
When i try to open one Faceplate, in one window appears this error,
it happens just in one workplace, we have also two connectivity server, and one batch server, and in these servers the faceplate works fine.
This problem appears after, we recover a Acronis Backup,
all functionality is ok, but in this kind of faceplates all of them on this workplace does not works properly.
Error say, creating active X, class not registered
someone knows if is there any PC configuration that could be necesary to check to solve this matter.

Can you try editing the faceplate element on the type level?
Error in runtime points to a missing dependency; dependencies can be listed in VB editor, but should popup a more distinct error when editing/deploying.
Ultimately, have the dependency identified and installed/registered.
Sounds like an aspect system synchronisation issue. You could try to disconnect and reconnect this node to your system.
- Open Configuration Wizard
- Disconnect node (takes a lot of time, the system icon switches from green to red to gray)
- Connect node, chose aspect server and system (also takes time, the system icon switches to red and filally to green)
- wait while the node get all aspect system data from the aspect server. This is a background process, you can listen it in task manager.
- check your faceplate
Please go to the library that you are using and resolve the inconsistencies in the library .By doing this it will resolve this error
Another way is to restore the library back again(Do this only on the Simulation and not on production system) .
We faced couple of issues with this before as a result of not loading the library and the extensions properly .
