Problem with printing batch report and approved procedure not visible in engineering station
1) When I log in Engineering station I cannot see the approved procedures. I get this error “ An unexpected error has occurred while trying to interpret procedure graphic data”.
Why do I get this error message? Can anyone help me with this?
800xA 5.1 FP4 RevD with Batch management.
2) Batch report is automatically printed on completion of the procedure. However, it has stopped now for few batches. What could be the possible issue and what is the basic check around this?
I have experienced the issue in the past. In my case there was a number of procedures in the Procedure structure that was corrupted. In line with the answer from Hugh I believe you need to address the issue to the technical support line. Please run a consistency check on the Procedure structure to get a first assessement of the situation.
