Exception for PG2 Trend Control
I have installed 800xA 5.1 FP4 Revision D with Rollup 2. I have some Graphic Displays with Trends on them (PG2 Trend Element from Toolbox Charts).
On the Engineering Station, those Graphic Displays don't open but i get only an error printed:
We are sorry for the inconvenience but the following Error occured:
System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an Object.
At ABB.xA.Core.HistorySubscription.Implementation.HistorySubscriptionManager.Activ
ateSubscription(ISubscription subscription)
At ABB.xA.ProcessGraphics.Primitives.Trend.SetupSubscriptionForAllTraces()
etc.
, other Stations are ok. I tried repair installation of the 800xA Base Software but it didn't help.

1. Do you have affinity in use for "Basic History"? If yes, verify that the engineering station have access to all service providers (as a precaution, I recommend always ending all affinity rows with the wildcard "All nodes").
2. Verify engineering station and history server node's RNRP Monitor and hosts file to correctly list your neighbour nodes (look for "h" indicating hosts file enabled for this node in table). RNRP config wizard has a feature to rewrite hosts files in all nodes.
3. Try a repair (=reinstall) of the ABB Third Party Common software bundle.
4. Turn on "Dump on exception" in engineering station, submit any crash dump received with a support case using your regional ABB support center.
