Adding Windows users error
Hi, during adding newly created windows user to 800xA system I got the "Could not get primary domain contorler for selected domain" error message after clicking on "Add Windows accounts" in 800xA configuration wizard. The user was added to all 800xA admin and user groups via user management through computer management in Windows 7. I followed procedure in 3BSE037410-510 D manual after this point. What can I do to add this new user to 800xA system?

I would expect to see errors and warnings in the Windows Event Log that may point you further (check both local computer and in all domain controllers).
The Configuration Wizard is dependant on the old NTLM (or even LAN Manager) protocol to lookup users, etc. in the domain - search for problems with these and consult your domain controller responsible person to resolve them.
Nowadays, the description of errors and warnings in Windows Event Log is often very descriptive and gives suggestions to resolve the problem. Very likely, any error or warning you find will have even more explained by Mr Google.
Config Wizard must have appropriate rights as well - I assume it checks Local Administrator permission, but there are several more permission levels to play with in a Microsoft Windows domain - is the domain an "out-of-the-box domain" (what a DCPROMO delivers after installing Windows Server OS) or is it a company wide domain, totally out of your control (and probably containing quite a few changes when compared to the first kind of domain I mentioned)?
System 800xA is tested with the first kind (i.e. no adjustments after DCPROMO).

It's solved, user can be added despite error. We have just typed name of the user in input field and clicked add and it worked.
