Default gateway problem
Hi, i am facing a problem with communication to AC800M CPU (PM860) where as routing method is used default gateway. On our sites are three networks connected with routers. In each network are AC800M CPUs with default gateway enabled (IP address of default gateway is local address of appropriate router). The routings in routers are set and communication is generally working. (communication among CPUs via UDP, between CPU and OPC server, between PC with Control Builder and CPUs). The problem occurs when one of the router is switched off and after some time again switched on - after this restart the CPUs cannot communicate with devices outside its local network (over router) - what helps is only restart of CPU, then is everything OK again. It seems that when the device with default gateway address defined in CPU is not reachable, the default gateway routing in CPU get stucked and only restart helps.
(when the communication is stucked UDPwrite function block returns error -6913 ("Protocol handler driver error") when trying communicate with device outside local network).
Thanks beforehand for any help.

Sounds like a familiar problem - be sure to have a support case logged with your regional ABB support center. Also, check release notes of more recent versions!
The routing table in AC 800M can be viewed in the output of the CBM->Maintenance->Tools->Remote System...->Controller Diagnosis->(Get)Network Information
If the 0.0.0.0 (default gateway) entry disappear after loss of router you have a "signed, sealed and delivered" problem report to submit with the case.
