Time Synchronisation two control network
If we have to different control network one for ESD/F&G one for process.
How the time sychronization will be done, planned to use ABB new RNRP router.
GPS will sync the Process controller time, and time need to be passed to ESD/F&G.
Will this work with out any additional configuration as CNCP protocle will be passed to other network ?

I assume only AC 800M PLC.
CNCP is based on multicast and will *not* travel across a router. CNCP can only sync what's on that very same subnet (RNRP area).
I recommend SNTP between different subnet/areas. Let a pair of ESD/F&G controllers slave to some suitable source. Why not same as PA controllers?
Most managed switches/routers can do SNTP, so also the ABB NE800 equipment.
If possible, avoid relaying time over Win32Time. If ESD controller can route traffic to/from PA controller, SNTP will also work without any relaying node.
If cascade or star couple is best is up to site/project to decide. Cascading might be the correct thing; if GPS becomes unavailable, controllers will still be in sync with each other.
