If both the faceplates in your picture are instances from same object and one working and other not working. then just check if the faceplate (that isnt working) is not overide. If it is, click "delete override" to remove the override.
No face plates are from different objects?
Could be missing faceplate elements or faceplate element was not configured for those faceplates.
Can you clarify to which object that faceplate belongs? Attached screenshot of "blank" faceplates would be good.
please check the image of faceplate
Right-click on "blank" faceplate and select "Show type". This action will open object type structure where this faceplate was configured. Right-click on "faceplate" aspect, select "config view". Go "Elements" tab: check that faceplate element for "Faceplate" view is configured and it exist in the same object.
I have got sesAnaIn6M function description and faceplate screenshot. There must be also apply button on bottom but is also not visible. Hence, faceplate element is not a problem. I would suggest you perform a consistency checking firt. If that doesn't help then you can contact ABB Switzerland AG for this issue: seSignalObjLib is their product so they must something to do.
