ac800m license Quanta error
As you see in the picture,
we have a problem with 800XA license, it appears AC800M quanta insufficient quantity,
but we have 4 controllers, our license is for 4 controllers.
Someone knows how to correct this mistake?

It would be good to see the controlstructure and which controllers are placed there (I cannot see it in your screenshot)!
The licensing tool checks the number and type of of controllers placed in the control structure - Control Network, not only the controllers physically connected!
In your case, there should not be more than 4 CPUs of Type PM856 (according to the license screenshot)

As of 800xA version 5.1 the license item "AC800M_QUANTA" replaced DCS_CLP_PROCESS used to enforce AC800 controller hardware licensing in previous versions.
CLPS were based on IO channels in active use (Digital=1, Analog=2 some high end type contributed even more to the CLP points count).
In 5.1, the amount of IO in use does not play any role anymore.
Instead, AC800M_QUANTA is a fixed value set per controller type.
In my lab a mid range PM864 is allocating 67 points while a smaller PM851 only 13 points totalling a value of 80 which attempted to be checked out from the central licensing service.
AC800M_QUANTA is allocated when the controller is downloaded.
I suggest iterating all controller objects and make a sum of all points you find on the Licensing tab.
Ensure that your license covers the amount of points. Please contact your regional ABB sales representative with purchasing a new license (if required).
